Our Team
Derek
Derek has been part of the marine and fishing industry for 35 years. Since leaving his lecturing post to pursue his dream two years ago, he has pushed Dekmar into the forefront of marine waste recycling. From securing grants to speaking in front of EU panels, this fisherman turned recycling guru is determined to minimise landfill waste.
Marj
Marj is the Heart and Soul of all things Dekmar. As the co-owner of the business she does the important behind the scenes work from Administration to Finances.
