Terms and Conditions

Under Scottish law, website content, (any mention of "the website" shall be referring to the dekmarltd.com website), as designs, photos, product names and proprietary materials are owned by Dekmar Ltd, (hereby named the "Supplier") and are only to be used for personal purposes. Any commercial use requires express permission from a company director.

Except for liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct, the Supplier’s total liability to the Customer, (Purchaser of goods) whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer under this Agreement in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Supplier shall not be liable to the Customer for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages arising from misuse, or for any loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law. The total liability of the Supplier for all claims whatsoever arising under or in connection with this contract shall not exceed an amount equal to the fees paid (or payable) to the Supplier under this contract.

All goods are priced in GBP, payments methods are Visa Debit and PayPal. Payment is due immediately through checkout process.

Delivery Policy

Goods will be delivered within 30 days of ordering unless under extenuating circumstances, of which the Customer will be informed. We are not liable for delays once the product has left out premises. Delivery timeframes vary depending on item and quantity purchased, but are expected to be delivered within 30 days of ordering. The Customer has 14 days within receiving the order to place a cancellation request, to the Supplier through email or through the website.

Returns Policy

All returns requests must be sent as soon as possible, either direct through email or using the contact form on the website. We require 48 working hours to respond to the request. Where we will require photos and a timeline of the order, in able to process quickly, please give as much detail as possible. Returns will be paid for by the Supplier if the Supplier is found to be at fault. Any returns of faulty or damaged items occurring after being delivered will not be accepted. The customer is liable for shipping costs and liability until the item(s) are received back to the Supplier and inspected.

Privacy Policy

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

  5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. We also use Yonglo for our Cookies experience,  you can find information in the pop-up for cookies consent. 

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
